   Done correctly, EFT will help to rebalance your energy system and nervous system allowing you to cope more easily with day to day stress and to find inner peace.
 

   EFT is best explained as an Emotional version of acupuncture but with (No Needles)

   It is usually performed by stimulating specific points on the Body's Energy System, while focusing on the various triggers, aspects, emotions, thoughts, habits, events and somatic sensations related to the issues you are trying to resolve. 

 

   People often refer to EFT as Tapping, however, Tapping is just one of many techniques and components in EFT.  In fact, you can perform EFT without ever Tapping.
